1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PMVPlay ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), operated from Sweden, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Site contains adult content and is intended solely for adults.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Post spam, malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Site without permission.
• Circumvent security measures or access restricted areas.
• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Content

5.1 User-Generated Content

By uploading content to the Site, you:

• Retain ownership of your content.
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Site.
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to the content.
• Certify that all individuals in the content are 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledge that your content may be viewed by other users.

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, monitor, and remove any content at our discretion.
• Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

All content producers must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 record-keeping requirements. 7. Intellectual Property

• The Site, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by PMVPlay and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
• User-generated content remains the property of the respective uploaders.

8. DMCA and Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please follow our DMCA Takedown Procedure.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PMVPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Damages resulting from any content obtained through the Site.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PMVPlay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Site.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another party.
• Content you upload to the Site.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden. For EU users, this does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
